Enabling playful communities in Cork
Let’s Play Cork exists to deliver and support policies, events and projects that use play as a strategy to create more vibrant communities across the city and county.
We are a cross sectoral partnership of organisations working together to make Cork a more playful place to live and work in. We believe and advocate for the right to play for all ages and all abilities.
Let’s Play Cork is composed of a diverse range of partners including Cork Healthy Cities, Cork Sports Partnership, Cork City Council, Cork County Council, Cork City Libraries, P4Play, Cork ETB, Lets Grow Together and Meitheal Mara. We are funded in part by Healthy Ireland.
Let’s Play Cork has developed a series of play resources and equipment which are free to use and are available on this website. We also programme a series of playful events each year in Cork city and have recently begun working with Skibbereen town. Details of these can be found on our event section.
